I think it works, I kinda want there to be mud in the background thought, or something. I dono. dan might get onto you about them being tight crops and there being more white space in some of them than others.

some of the tight crops work better (shelby, colin, carol, janet) than the ones with the space around them (bob, kerstin) - i'd suggest a bit of cropping there. would be happy to work with you in k lab on monday on this. exposures seem to vary a bit also (at least on this jpeg) you might reprocess the raw files to get it to look more consistent. you could also work on a stronger arrangement on the page to give some of the indiviual ones a bit more room to breathe. maybe a bit more space between pictures.
